Considered one of the Technology hotspots of India, Pune is bustling, growing and contains a populous of highly able talent. We first started investing in the city in the early 2000’s as the city was emerging as a centre of excellence for the technology industry. Whilst active there, we were involved in purchases of single unit residential units to large office spaces.
The city spent much of the years between 2000-2015 maturing from a Tier 3/2 city into a Tier 2/1 (Similar to Bangalore). By early 2010’s we had achieved the multiples we were satisfied with and begun to wind down our positions in the city.
