The former Steps club in Harlesden was brought to us off market with no planning. After an extensive planning process, we obtained planning permission for 16 apartments spread over 2 blocks.
Our thesis for the investment was that the site sits within the periphery of the major Old Oak Common regeneration scheme. Theis multi-decade scheme will invite over 250,000 new residents into the area with the vision by town planners being set as the Canary Wharf of the West. This traditional brick and block built scheme sits proudly as an architectural beauty within its surrounding local bustling high street.
