We cover the entire life cycle of development projects from site sourcing, planning, design, construction through to sales. Our primary investment thesis focuses our capital allocation on emerging regeneration areas or areas becoming increasingly popular among specific demographics around London.

Govind – Co Founder
Over 40 years of entrepreneurial & project management experience. He set up a successful technology consultancy for 25 years in the UK & India serving European financial services. Unparalleled skills in large scale project management and complex construction projects. He manages the full construction lifecycle of our projects as our client representative.
Senior Advisor
Lending over £1bn over his 20 year career, our senior advisor has set up and led lending companies with a specific focus on the real estate space. He is responsible for all banking relationships and negotiations with our various lenders.
